TROLLEY LA RESERVE

Unique

Height: 75 cm

Length: 80 cm

Width: 50 cm

The result of two years of reflection and manufacturing, this cheese trolley is a unique creation and hosts a selection of the finest cheeses from the prestigious Maison Alléosse.

We wanted this piece to be unique and symbolic for Jérôme Banctel's restaurant Le Gabriel, 2 star Michelin.

The less the service moves, the more contact we have with the customer, so we imagined a cheese trolley where cutting and service take place on the same trolley without having to move it.

...

A piece between sculpture and utilitarian object that facilitates and enhances the service.

The cheese trolley, made of rosewood, marble bronze in a model created in the workshop.

The trolley arouses the curiosity of the customers, without being ostentatious.

The study of the drawers designed especially for use by the service staff in the dining room, always with the aim of discovery and dreams.

We have integrated two turntables inlaid in marble, with a hand grip in the profile of Napoleon I (a historical reference to the fact that this private house belonged to the Duke of Morny, illegitimate son of Hortense de Beauharnais and therefore half-brother of Napoleon III), two swivel plate drawers, two knife drawers in the form of fans, as well as a cheese bell rest made of rosewood sun.
