L'ABYSSE **

L’Abysse stands out as a unique sushi bar, with two stars in the MICHELIN guide. Yannick Alléno showcases his deep passion for Japan and the art of sushi, which he discovered alongside  Hachiro Mizutani.​

With his trademark excellence, he presents in his restaurant a tribute to international gastronomy, inviting guests to (re)discover the true essence of fine dining.

The ash tree counter is crafted by Kostia, creating a welcoming ambiance and enhancing the overall experience for clients as they step into the space.

In 2025, the bar is reimagined with a patinated brass skin in warm, natural hues of brown.

At L’Abysse, nigiris are elegantly presented in menu or omakase style, accompanied by innovative dishes, reflecting the avant-garde spirit of the chef. The culinary journey is complemented by an impressive selection of sake, curated through the collaboration of Louis Robuchon-Abe and Japan Exquise France contest.

Laurence Bonnel-Alléno has designed a warm welcoming space, bringing together a diverse array of international contemporary artists.​
