L'ABYSSE **
L’Abysse stands out as a unique sushi bar, with two stars in the MICHELIN guide. Yannick Alléno showcases his deep passion for Japan and the art of sushi, which he discovered alongside Hachiro Mizutani.
With his trademark excellence, he presents in his restaurant a tribute to international gastronomy, inviting guests to (re)discover the true essence of fine dining.
The ash tree counter is crafted by Kostia, creating a welcoming ambiance and enhancing the overall experience for clients as they step into the space.
At L’Abysse, nigiris are elegantly presented in menu or omakase style, accompanied by innovative dishes, reflecting the avant-garde spirit of the chef. The culinary journey is complemented by an impressive selection of sake, curated through the collaboration of Louis Robuchon-Abe and Japan Exquise France contest.
Laurence Bonnel-Alléno has designed a warm welcoming space, bringing together a diverse array of international contemporary artists.
